Plot

One stormy night, Bastien Grimaldy is assaulted by three young hood, who beat him up but do not steal anything. Then he starts getting threatening anonymous phone calls, is victim of a car accident and blackmail, and is asked for a million dollar ransom. Bastien files charges in the hopes of putting an end to the nightmare, but the police are wary of him. So he decides to investigate on his own and trace the blackmailer.
