One day, the Hora appears to a second-rater who would like to escape his ordinary life, to a shallow-minded mother, a nightclub reveler, a penniless man stuck in a restaurant, a young athlete, a singer weary of his public's selfishness, and a man sentenced to death. To each one, the Hora delivers Time's inescapable message.
