Francois decides to denounce corruption and become an honest cop again. But before this can happen, he partners are suspended from the force to the joy of the people they've been sponging off of.
But it turns out that their replacements are more corrupt than they were, and soon their former enemies are beating on the doors of city hall begging for their return!
