Jean-Luc Godard sends an audiovisual letter to Freddy Buache, who has founded the Swiss Cinematheque and who also admires Godard very much. Godard shoots Lausanne, a city which has lost all its poetry, and his inhabitants and speaks about cinema and how it combines light, movement and colors.
